Introduction

GoCal Garage is a Chrome extension developed by Ballyrobert Technologies to provide scheduling, workshop management, customer communication, and Google Calendar enhancement features for garages and workshops.

When contacting support or communicating with us, GoCal Garage may collect information you voluntarily provide, including:

This information is stored locally within your browser and/or securely on Ballyrobert Technologies servers where required to operate licensed features.

Google Calendar and Google Account Data

GoCal Garage may request access to Google Calendar and related Google account data solely to provide extension functionality requested by the user.

• Reading calendar information necessary to display or modify calendar events
• Creating or updating calendar events
• Applying user-selected scheduling and workflow features
• Identifying available calendars to support extension functionality

GoCal Garage does not sell Google user data.

Google Calendar and Google account data are accessed only for the purpose of providing and supporting extension features.

Google Contacts Access

Where enabled by the user, GoCal Garage may access Google Contacts to provide contact lookup and customer management features.

Google Contacts data is processed locally on the device where the extension is installed and is never stored on Ballyrobert Technologies servers. GoCal Garage and Ballyrobert Technologies do not have access to, retain, or maintain copies of users' contact data.

Contacts information is used solely to provide the requested extension functionality and is not sold, shared, or used for advertising purposes.

Messaging Features

Where SMS or WhatsApp messaging services are used, relevant information necessary to send messages may be processed, including:

• Recipient contact information
• Message content
• Message delivery status

Messaging information is processed solely to provide communication features requested by the user.

Server Communication

GoCal Garage may communicate with Ballyrobert Technologies servers, including:

• Licensing validation

Server communication is limited to what is reasonably necessary for extension functionality.
