GoCal Garage was designed to be minimalistic and therefore offer great value for money. Not all businesses want to spend a great deal of money on software packages, especially when they may not need or use all the features included. GoCal Garage offers only the core features of a garage booking system that are needed to keep day-to-day operations simple.
There are software packages designed exclusively for accounting and invoicing, and some of these would be difficult to match in terms of features and design, especially at the price point of GoCal Garage. We recommend a solution called QuickFile, which, of all the invoicing and accounting packages we've tried, is one of the easiest to use and offers the best value for money.
As many as you like. We don't limit the number of users who can use GoCal Garage or the number of computers it can be installed on. Your licence can be used by as many users as your garage needs at no extra cost. These users can either log in to the same Google account, or you can have separate Google accounts for different roles within your garage and give each account calendar-specific permissions if required.
Most garages can be up and running in less than an hour. Since GoCal Garage is built around Google Calendar, there is no complicated server setup or lengthy training process. Simply install the extension, configure your calendars, and start booking jobs.

If you already have your customer contacts on your Android phone, you may not need to. GoCal Garage syncs with Google Contacts, meaning it can pull your Android contacts into Google Calendar to make selecting customers and vehicles quick and easy. If you don't currently use Google Contacts or an Android phone, as long as your current software provider allows you to export your data, we can import that data into Google for you for a small fee.
That's perfect. GoCal Garage is designed to enhance Google Calendar rather than replace it. Existing calendars, events, and workflows can continue to be used while benefiting from the additional garage-specific features.
