These Terms of Service explain the terms under which you may use the GoCal Garage Chrome extension.
By installing, accessing, or using GoCal Garage, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not install or use the extension.
1. About GoCal Garage
GoCal Garage is a Chrome extension designed to enhance and streamline the use of Google Calendar for garage, workshop, MOT, and customer booking workflows.
The extension may provide features such as:
- Customising the Google Calendar interface;
- Hiding or simplifying selected Google Calendar fields;
- Assisting with booking and customer workflow management;
- Accessing selected configuration or licensing information from a secure server;
- Supporting garage-specific productivity features.
GoCal Garage is not produced by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Google.
2. Eligibility
You may use GoCal Garage only if you are legally able to enter into these Terms and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
If you are using GoCal Garage on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that business.
3. Licence to Use the Extension
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use GoCal Garage for its intended purpose.
You must not:
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the extension, except where permitted by law;
- Use the extension for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes;
- Attempt to bypass licensing, security, access controls, or usage restrictions;
- Interfere with the extension's normal operation;
- Use the extension in a way that could damage, disable, or impair any related systems or services.
4. Google Calendar and Third-Party Services
GoCal Garage works alongside Google Calendar and may interact with pages, fields, or features provided by Google.
Your use of Google Calendar remains subject to Google's own terms, policies, and privacy practices. We are not responsible for changes made by Google that affect how GoCal Garage operates.

5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:

10. Intellectual Property
GoCal Garage, including its name, branding, code, design, features, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to the developer.
You are not granted ownership of any intellectual property rights by installing or using the extension.
You may not use the GoCal Garage name, branding, or materials without permission, except as necessary to identify your use of the extension.
11. Disclaimer
GoCal Garage is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or guarantees that:
- The extension will meet your specific requirements;
- The extension will always be available or error-free;
- The extension will remain compatible with Google Calendar or Chrome;
- Any information displayed, modified, hidden, stored, or assisted by the extension will be complete, accurate, or suitable for your intended purpose.
You remain responsible for checking all bookings, customer details, calendar entries, and business information before relying on them.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, GoCal Garage.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Loss of profits;
- Loss of revenue;
- Loss of business;
- Loss of goodwill;
- Loss of data;
- Missed bookings;
- Scheduling errors;
- Customer communication issues;
- Service interruptions;
- Compatibility issues caused by changes to Google Calendar, Chrome, or other third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to GoCal Garage if you breach these Terms, misuse the extension, attempt to bypass licensing, or use the extension in a way that may harm the service, users, or related systems.
You may stop using GoCal Garage at any time by uninstalling the extension from your browser.
After termination, any rights granted to you under these Terms will end immediately.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be made available through the extension, website, Chrome Web Store listing, or another appropriate location.
Your continued use of GoCal Garage after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Any disputes relating to these Terms or your use of GoCal Garage will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless consumer protection laws require otherwise.
